1. Cancellation Before Pick-up

Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any charges.
Any advance payment made will be fully refunded.

2. Late Cancellation

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee equivalent to one day’s rental will be deducted from the paid amount or the security deposit.

3. No Show

In case the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, one day’s rental will be charged, and the company reserves the right to re-list the vehicle for rent.

4. Refund Process

If the customer is eligible for a refund after cancellation, the amount will be processed within 7 – 14 business days depending on the payment method.
For credit card payments, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account depending on the issuing bank.

5. Booking Modifications

Customers may modify their booking (pick-up date/time or vehicle type) up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up, subject to availability, with no extra charges.
If the new booking involves a higher-priced vehicle, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

6. Cancellation By The Company

The company reserves the right to cancel a booking if the customer fails to meet the rental requirements (such as valid documents, minimum age, or payment method).
In such cases, any amount paid in advance will be refunded in full.
