What are the required documents to rent a car?
For UAE Residents:
- Valid UAE Driving License
- UAE ID Card
For Visitors:
Copy of Passport
International Driving License
Visit Visa (for countries requiring entry visa)
What is Traffic Fine Insurance?
It is a refundable security amount that covers traffic fines issued after returning the car.
Any fines recorded during the rental period are directly charged to the customer.
Insurance amount: Starting from AED 1000, depending on the type of car.
Payment Methods:
Credit Card (any card that allows reservation)
Cash (available only for certain nationalities and customers above 30 years old)
How are Salik (toll gate) charges calculated?
All our cars are equipped with the “Salik” system.
Toll charges are deducted from the deposit at settlement according to actual usage.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age requirement is 20 years old.
What is the mileage policy?
Economy cars: 300 km per day
Mid-range and luxury cars: 250 km per day
(Any excess mileage will be charged separately.)
Is car delivery and pickup service available?
Dubai International Airport: Free for all cars
Sharjah / Abu Dhabi Airports: Charges depend on car type and booking duration
Within Dubai:
Free for luxury cars
Free for economy cars when booking for 2 days or more
Can I rent with a new UAE driving license?
Yes, you can. Please contact us to confirm insurance details and available options depending on the car type.
How is rental time calculated?
Rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis starting from the car pickup time.
We provide a grace period of up to 2 additional hours free of charge at return.
What about parking?
Parking in Dubai is paid and the cost varies by area and time.
Payment methods: Nol card, cash, or RTA app.
Some malls no longer offer free parking, such as: Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Deira City Centre, Souk Al Bahar, and others.

Can I rent a driver with the car?
Yes, a professional driver can be provided with:
- Family or luxury cars (with a daily rate of AED 500 minimum).
- Driver cost: AED 200 per day (for 9 continuous hours).
- Fuel and Salik charges are additional.
Can another person drive the car?
Yes, you can add one or two additional drivers free of charge.
You only need to provide a copy of their driving license and ID.
What type of insurance is provided on cars?
All our cars come with comprehensive insurance.
In case of an accident:
If you are not at fault ➝ you pay nothing.
If you are at fault ➝ an excess fee applies depending on car category:
AED 1500: Economy cars
AED 2000: Mid-range cars
AED 3000: Luxury cars
AED 5000: Super luxury cars
