Terms and Conditions
1. Required Documents
- For UAE residents: Valid UAE Driving License + Emirates ID.
- For visitors: Valid Passport + International Driving License + Visit Visa (if required).
2. Age Requirements
- Minimum age for renting a car is 23 years.
- Some luxury cars may require a higher minimum age (specified at the time of booking).
3. Rental Period & Timing
- Rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis starting from the time of
- vehicle pick-up.
A 2-hour grace period is provided free of charge. - Delays beyond this grace period will incur additional charges.
4. Mileage Allowance
- Economy cars: 300 km per day.
- Mid-size & luxury cars: 250 km per day.
- Exceeding the mileage limit will result in additional charges as per company policy.
5. Insurance
- All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.
- In case of an accident:
- If the renter is not at fault → no charges apply.
- If the renter is at fault → an excess fee will apply depending on the car category:
- AED 1,500 for economy cars.
- AED 2,000 for mid-size cars.
- AED 3,000 for luxury cars.
- AED 5,000 for premium/exotic cars.
6. Traffic Fines Deposit
Covers traffic fines issued after returning the car only.
Deposit amount:
- AED 1,500 for economy cars.
- AED 2,000 for mid-size & luxury cars.
- AED 3,000 for cars priced above AED 1,200/day.
- AED 5,000 for premium/exotic cars.
7. Salik (Toll Gates)
- All vehicles are equipped with Salik tags.
- Salik charges will be deducted from the deposit or billed directly to the customer.
8. Additional Driver
One or more additional drivers can be added free of charge, provided a valid driving license and ID are submitted.
9. Chauffeur Service
- Available with luxury and family cars.
- Cost: AED 200 per day + Salik & fuel charges.
- Service duration: 9 continuous hours per day.
10. Delivery & Pick-up Service
Dubai Airport: Free of charge.
Sharjah & Abu Dhabi Airports: Charges depend on car type and rental duration.
Within Dubai:
- Free for luxury cars.
- Free for economy cars if rented for 2 days or more.
11. Delivery & Pick-up Service
- The renter is responsible for paying public and private parking fees.
- Payments can be made via Nol Card, cash, or RTA app.
